The moment I first read about virtual reality I became obsessed. It wasn’t about a new medium of technology. It was about its potential to help people around the world. VR is helping people with autism, depression, dementia, burn victims, and even babies.
Ever since I started VU Dream, I became obsessed with finding the best way to speed up the future of virtual reality.
At first, I tried with Education VR — an initiative that delivers VR headsets to school kids in classrooms around the world.
Shortly following, I made Free VR a program that allows anyone in the world to get a free cardboard headset minus shipping. Over 500 people in 20 different countries have already taken advantage of this limited program.
But then I realized. It’s not only about the headsets.
After, going to some VR/AR based meetups I figured out exactly how to advance the future of VR.

Let’s say John is a coding prodigy VR developer. He wants to make a VR Game but doesn’t have the other skills needed. John can go to the expert directory, in the Graphics & Modeling section and find the person he needs to make the game.

How Do I Register for the VR Expert Directory?
Step 1. Go to http://www.vudream.com/vr-experts-influencers-directory/
Step 2. Click on Register.
Step 3. Click Create Account
Step 4. You will be taken to a portal page. Enter your desired username and email and hit enter.
Step 5. Next, check your email for the confirmation email. It may take a minute or two to reach your inbox.
Step 6. Return to the directory and click on Register. You will be brought to your profile page.
Step 7. If you would like to be listed in one of the main sections on the directory page you MUST type in the skill exactly as listed.
Conclusion
That’s pretty much it for the most part. You can message other experts, review an expert and even post jobs. Expect further improvements, additions and advancements soon.
