I’ve been making money online for several years now. Decent money, enough to sustain myself and my lifestyle. I’ve been fortunate enough to help others with this abundance. When you create wealth you’re not the only beneficiary.
The world is currently going through a transition. People are discovering working for a boss at a traditional 9–5 is not the only way to live.
What I’m talking about here is being a New Economy Pioneer. The Internet is a green river that’s always flowing because it’s just a network of people around the world, and with people there is always an opportunity. All you need to do is get enough information and knowledge to create your own branch of the green river.
Put in some consistent effort and patience and you will make money sitting at your laptop. Creating money doing the things you want to do and live the life you want to live and not be a slave to a boss.
I have either tried all of these methods, used them, or know someone who has talked to me about making money through this method.
1. Buy Stuff from the Dollar Store and Sell it Online

Not everything online is cheaper. Head into your local dollar tree and do some scouting. Research on Google products that you find and price check on other websites.
Here are some tips.
- Let it Season (wait a while before selling so it’s out of the stores stock and unavailable in other places)
- Bundle many items together
- Try selling your items on Craigslist, Amazon FBA, Social Media, Ebay, Flea Markets, etc.

2. Test Things for Companies
We live in the age of digital information. Data is the new high value commodity that companies are seeking. Think about how often you get a survey or get requested feedback.
Some businesses are willing to pay you for your time and effort in testing some of their products. I have listed the largest 2 websites but there are many more.
Earn $10/$15 for 20 minutes of work. Testers must take a sample test before receiving any assignments. This gig is open to the US and International residents alike who can receive payments via PayPal. Each test takes about 15–20 minutes.
Enroll Make money by testing out websites. Assignments vary in nature, as does the pay. One job that took less than a minute, and it paid .10 cents. Payments are made via PayPal.
3. Freelancer (reliable)
Doing freelance work can increase your income significantly. I once designed a website for a client and got a little less than $1,000.
For freelancing to be a viable money making approach you must build up some of your skills and perhaps create a portfolio.
Huge and trustworthy sites like Upwork have thousands of employers who want to hire for all kinds of tasks where you can write or edit about anything from technology to business articles.
Categories range from Excel projects, to Proofreaders, to Skype assistants.

4. Sell your Stuff at home that’s been sitting there.
One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
Almost everyone has tons and tons of stuff they keep stored away and never look at or use.
A quick and easy way to make some money is by selling some items you don’t use online. Be sure to take some nice pictures and be honest about the condition of your item.
For example, I sold old pokemon gameboy color games for an insane amount of money.
Use Ebay, Amazon, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace is very good for selling to locals around you.

5. Teach People Things
Let’s say your knowledge skill set does not fit in the category of doing tasks for other people on upwork. Your knowledge can still be utilized to teach people things and make a profit.
Online Tutoring
Chegg: Top tutors can earn $1,000+/month. Starting at $20+/hour.
Tutor: Earn some extra money by becoming an online tutor after passing an online exam.
Skooli: Only accepts certified teachers but pays much more.
Create your own Course with Udemy
Teach what you know, or teach what you love. You can create a course on almost anything. Millions of students are waiting, eager to learn what you have to bestow.

6. Sell your Photos and Videos
Who said you couldn’t make money taking pictures? Losers before the internet was created.

7. Start a Creative Brand like a Blog, YouTube Channel, Podcast etc
There are tons of people like you, interested in similar topics.
Find a niche that interests you and add value to other people.
Overtime money opportunities will come to you like brand sponsorships, ad revenue, etc.
Example: You like putting makeup on and you’re good at it. You start an instagram or blog and showcase your work. Overtime when you have a large audience you might get sponsorship offers from makeup companies like a special affiliate link which gives you a percentage of each sale or free makeup to review etc.

Extremely open ended. You could sell a product, service, expertise, etc.

9. Flip Domains/Websites
There is an element of the proven strategy in the equity market: identify/acquire undervalued, but good, domains and resell later with a neat profit. It may not necessarily have to be that buy low sell high tactic.
You may choose to create your own website or blog, and spend some time working on it until market valuation suggests it is time to let go for some loose change.
People need to see the website is at some steady state (ideally it should be working optimally) before they want to think of parting money acquiring the said website. This is a huge business, as there are hundreds of such sales reported each day at sites like Flippa.com.
10. Listen to Music
WHAAAAAA
Yes it’s possible and people do it everyday.
Companies like MusicXRAY are trying to build the best way for music fans to discover new songs and bands they might like. They will compensate you for your time spent listening.
